DUTCH (荷兰的) authorities have come up with a clever way to stop drunk-drivers: the “alcolock”. Alcolocks are breathalyzers (呼气测醉器) built into the dashboard (仪表板) of a car. Drivers must breathe into the alcolock before starting the car. If their blood alcohol content is too high, the engine will not turn on. Starting on December 1, all Dutch drivers caught driving over the legal limit will be forced to fit the alcolocks into their cars.
