KENDRICK Carr, 23, attempted (试图) to kill a woman for not leaving her chair at dinner. The man from Racine, Wisconsin, US was at his girlfriend’s house on Thanksgiving Day and became upset that a friend of his girlfriend was sitting on what he said was his chair. The friend refused to move when Carr told her to get out of his chair. Carr became upset and pulled a carving knife on the woman. The woman defended herself with a broom, and escaped without a scratch (划伤).
