Victory led to career at CCTV
Rui Chenggang, a CCTV journalist, was the first runner-up of the third “21st Century Cup” English Speaking Competition 14 years ago in 1998.
He won his first flight ticket. The destination was London where he represented China in the international public speaking competition.
