FIVE hundred dogs in fancy dress – it sounds pretty extreme (极端的). But it wasn’t enough for the dogs of Kansas City, Missouri, US, to break the Guinness World Record for the biggest ever costumed (盛装的) Chihuahua (吉娃娃) parade, Metro.co.uk reported.
