When any competition goes international, it often features anxiety, pressure and racked nerves. But Chen Jiehao, the newly- crowned champion of 21st Century National English Speaking Competition, was surprised to be in a contest that felt more like a summer camp. The emphasis was more on socializing, communicating and fun.
