THERE’S nothing I find more delicious on a summer evening than a caprese salad (卡布里沙拉) - mozzarella cheese (莫萨里拉干酪), basil (罗勒) leaves, and vine ripened tomatoes with olive oil - with some freshly grilled (烧烤的) fish and a nice glass of red wine.
