China Central Television (CCTV) is planning to *revamp its news program Xinwen Lianbo, or Network News Broadcast, next year, the Beijing Morning Post reported. The program will broadcast more interview surveys in the same format as the series Are You Happy?, said He Haiming, director of CCTV Advertising Center. A *segment will be included to broadcast notices of missing persons, he added. The changes aim to bring the news program closer to people’s lives.
