Is milk the best way to get calcium?

“DRINK your milk. It’s good for you!” You’ve probably heard that many times, and it’s true. Milk contains calcium (钙), which is necessary for keeping bones (骨骼) and teeth healthy and strong. The US government even requires milk as part of the National School Lunch Program, saying that students should drink one cup of fat-free (不含脂肪的) or low-fat milk with every meal.
