But even a snail would’ve probably beaten Bert Jacobson’s postcard from Pennsylvania home to his mother in Oklahoma, two states in the US. The postcard took 46 years to arrive, according to The Associated Press. Mama Jacobson finally received the card on Friday, Feb 8, 2013.
