Govts move to address plight of taxi drivers
In recent years it has become increasingly difficult to *hail a taxi in China’s big cities, especially during rush hour and bad weather.
According to a 2012 survey carried out by China Youth Daily, 97.4 percent of *respondents said they have had difficulty hailing a taxi.
