Tacos are one of the most popular, universally available and delicious foods in Mexico. Most people think that tacos are made using a hard, U-shaped corn shell filled with seasoned *minced meat, *lettuce and tomatoes, and topped with *grated cheese and sour cream. This, however, is not the case. Truly authentic tacos use soft corn tortillas and are stuffed with either beef, chicken or seafood fillings, *garnished with chopped onion, *cilantro and lime, and served with salsa sauce.
