IT’S good to have dogs as company, but it’s better to just have one, according to a draft (草稿) law in Zhuhai, Guangzhou.

Households in Zhuhai will only be allowed to keep one pet dog if the draft law is passed, China Daily reported on Oct 8. The draft is undergoing its second review now.
