THE US is giving Chinese students a generous offer – five-year visas.

Instead of renewing their visas every year, Chinese students will now be able to obtain five-year visas, US President Barack Obama announced during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit held in Beijing from Nov 5 to 11.
