上海外滩踩踏事故敲响警钟。

TRAGEDY struck Shanghai on the last day of the year. A stampede (踩踏) killed at least 36 people and injured 47 during New Year’s Eve celebrations (庆祝活动) on the Bund (外滩), a famous tourist attraction of the city.
