There are a lot of things currently on Meng Fan’s plate. Although graduation is still half a year away, Meng, 21, a management major at Beijing Institute of Technology, just took the graduate school entrance examination for a master’s program. At the same time he’s sending out his resume to local employers in Beijing. On top of all that, he’s contacting graduate programs overseas “just in case” things don’t work out as planned, to use his own phrasing.
