An investigative story published by the Southern Metropolis Daily early this month exposed a criminal ring that organized large-scale cheating during the national college entrance examination this year. A reporter working for the Guangzhou-based newspaper posed as a college student willing to take the exam for someone else for money, and was hired by the organization to sit for the exam using *forged IDs in Nanchang, Jiangxi province.
