What matters in job hunting? Educational background is certainly the first thing that pops into many people’s minds. But a recent poll, jointly conducted by Allstate and the US’ National Journal Heartland Monitor Poll, reveals a different picture. It says that understanding computer technology, working well with different types of people and having good connections trump the importance of college among employees in the US, reported The Atlantic.
