IT’S one of the top issues on New Zealanders’ agenda (议程) – changing their national flag. On Nov 20, citizens of New Zealand began a referendum (全民公投) to choose a new national flag from five designs. The referendum will finish on Dec 11, and the winning design will then compete with the flag’s current design in a second referendum in March. |  |
