Apart from encouraging students to have extracurricular activities, the revised university *administrative regulations also have other highlights. Students are now allowed to have flexible academic years and online learning experiences. Government officials are *soliciting opinions about the draft guidelines. We interviewed students from universities where similar rules have already been adopted to see how these new regulations are affecting their lives.
