“Affluenza teen” Ethan Couch was arrested in Mexico on Dec 28, for violating the terms of his probation. Alongside him in handcuffs was his mother, 48-year-old Tonya Couch. She was charged with “hindering the *apprehension of a *felon,” according to ABC News.
