List names Germany as world’s best country

WHAT’S the best country in the world? One report claims to have found the answer. The winner, according to the Best Countries report released by US News & World Report last month, is Germany for “encouraging entrepreneurship (企业家精神), providing global leadership and caring for its citizens”. Canada and the UK rank behind it. China sits at 17th in the overall (总体的) rankings but is named the “best country in which to start a career”. |  |
