IF you walk around Zhengzhou, Henan these days, you’ll be surprised to find that hooks (挂钩) and hangers (衣架) have appeared on the sides of some buildings in the city. Some clothes are hung on walls that are decorated with colorful paintings and the words “If you need it, take it”, reported the Zhengzhou Evening News.
