People with different views can be successful as a team

When people are at work, they might argue with colleagues. These arguments might lead to unsuccessful teamwork. Some people have found that people who have different views are more likely to be involved in those arguments and they probably cannot be successful as a team. However, some other people don’t think so. They think that people with different views aren’t the necessary element (因素) to make a team successful. Indeed, arguments have arisen and opinions are divided. From my point of view, people holding different views can be successful as a team.
