The Invisible Man (《隐形人》，1897) was written by British writer H.G. Wells, who wrote many famous science fiction novels. In the story, the young scientist Griffin invents a kind of drug which can make things invisible, even humans. He can’t wear clothes or eat, because otherwise, people would just see clothes or food floating in the air. He suffers a lot but can’t change himself back. He decides to take revenge (报复) on the world, killing anyone who tries to stop him. He invites Dr Kemp to join his plan. Will Kemp help Griffin?
