Voting explained
本文作者: TEENS
There are 650 constituencies (选区) in Britain – each one elects one Member of Parliament (MP, 议员) to the House of Commons (下议院). The party with the majority of elected MPs can form a majority government. If no party wins more than 325 of the 650 seats, it is called a hung parliament. In this case, the party with the most seats may either form a coalition (联合) with other parties, or ask another party with enough seats to take them over 325 to support it.
