Beijing introduces deputy doggies:
It takes a long time to train a police dog but now there’s a way to speed it up – by cloning. On Nov 22, six cloned police dogs were officially admitted to the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau. The cloned dogs were born in August and share 99.9 percent of their DNA with their genetic fathers, which ensures (保证) they will inherit (遗传) an aptitude (天资) for sniffing (嗅), detecting and adapting to unfamiliar environments. This is the first time that cloned dogs have been adopted by the city’s police.
