手工缝制枕头,让更多的孩子感到舒适。
In 2019, Lorelei McIntyre-Brewer, 14, was recovering (恢复) from her third open-heart surgery (手术). Nurses gave her a compression pillow (压缩枕头). Patients with heart disease hug the pillows for comfort. They also use them to push fluid (液体) out of their lungs so they can breathe more easily after painful surgeries. McIntyre-Brewer’s pillow was much too big for her, so she wanted to sew (缝制) a child-sized pillow for herself. v
