WITH 2.8 million college graduates entering the job market this summer, the hunt for jobs has turned very competitive. According to a ChinaHR.com survey, most university grads last year were hoping to get a monthly salary of 2,000 to 3,000 yuan. This year, however, grads have found that the 1,000-2,000-yuan range is probably more realistic. |  |
