It’s important for everyone to stay healthy. What should we do to keep ourselves healthy?
First of all, we should have good habits, such as healthy eating. In the morning, I eat some eggs and drink milk. For lunch, I have a balanced meal that has meat, vegetables and grain (谷物). I often eat fruit during the afternoon. For dinner, I eat simple and nutritious (有营养的) food. Sometimes, I have ice cream. Although I know it’s not likely a healthy habit, I still eat it when I really want to.
