Recently, the Japanese company SkyDrive successfully tested its flying car. The single-seat car, named SD-03, measures two meters in height and four meters in length, about the size of two cars. It took off at the Toyota Test Field in the Japanese city of Toyota, and circled the field for about four minutes. A pilot was in the car to take the helm. A computer-assisted control system was also used to ensure stability and safety. The company hopes to launch the flying car in 2023, according to MSN. At that time, it will usher in (开启) a “new means of transportation” for urban life.
