Starting on Sept 15, more moviegoers can go to Chinese theaters. According to a guideline (规定) from the Chinese Film Circulation and Projection Association (中国电影发行放映协会), theaters can allow up to 75 percent of their seats taken. In July, when theaters started to open back up, this figure was just 30 percent.
