Homeless people in Tianjin finally get ‘hukou’

193名流浪乞讨人员落户天津。

A total of 193 homeless people received their hukou in Tianjin on Nov 10, Xinhua reported. This was part of a plan by the city’s government to better protect the rights of the homeless.
