I’m a green hand (新手) at cooking. My specialty dish (拿手菜) is scrambled eggs with tomatoes (西红柿炒蛋). I prepare two tomatoes and two eggs. First, I pour some cooking oil into a wok and heat it. I pour the beaten egg (蛋液) into the wok. It looks like a parachute is opening. I stir-fry (翻炒) the eggs quickly. When the egg becomes golden, I put it on a plate.
