Attention Marvel fans! US actor Anthony Mackie, 42, has taken the mantle of Captain America from Chris Evans. Mackie portrayed Sam Wilson, also known as Falcon, the Air Force veteran turned high-flying superhero, in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (《猎鹰与冬兵》). On April 27, the last episode of the series changed its title to Captain America and The Winter Soldier to hint at what is coming in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel Studios has since released an official poster of Mackie holding the shield in his brand-new red, white and blue costume on Twitter. Mackie has now become the first black man to play the role. “The passing of the shield is a historic moment in the MCU, because it introduces the universe’s first official successor,” CinemaBlend noted.
