Harvard University scientists have created artificial fish with tails powered by human heart cells. Their tails flap (拍打) with the same rhythm of a heartbeat as they move through the water. Equipment that uses similar bioengineering (生物工程) technology, such as pacemakers (起搏器), could benefit from this new creation when tackling a variety of cardiac (心脏的) issues that have long been considered difficult to treat.
