The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) put out a report on April 26. It showed that nearly 60 percent of Americans have been infected with COVID-19 at least once. Around 75 percent of children under 11 have gotten COVID-19. From Dec 2021 to Feb 2022, the percentage of US people who had been infected with COVID-19 rose from 33.5 to 55.7. Among kids, that percentage jumped from 44.2 percent to 75.2.
