On Oct 27, students at the Washington Junior High School use the unlocking (开锁) system to open their bags as they leave school. Their cellphones were sealed (封存) in the bags during the day. Many schools in the US are turning to magnetically sealed (磁力密封的) bags to prevent students from overusing cellphones.
