As an 11-time Grammy Award winner, US singer Taylor Swift is breaking boundaries by getting into film directing. In December, the 33-year-old announced that she is making her feature film directorial debut (处女作) with Searchlight Pictures. Though details about the name of the film and its cast are still being kept under wraps, Forbes reported Swift has written an original script (剧本). Searchlight Pictures also showed their honor to cooperate with Swift. In a joint statement, David Greenbaum and Matthew Greenfield, presidents of the company, extolled (称赞) Swift as a “once-in-a-generation artist and storyteller”.
