Skin is the largest organ of the human body, and a highly complex one. Recreating skin involves imparting (赋予) the sensations (感觉) of touch, pressure and temperature to the artificial material. Chinese researchers developed a new type of electronic skin, which enables robots to sense their surroundings through touch, according to their paper published in April.
