Meow, meow! Cute cats are everywhere on Fangbang Middle Road at the Bund in Shanghai. An artist called Tango made them for the Bund Art Festival. He loves cats. On May 13, people could watch Tango draw some cats. They could even submit (提交) photos of their cats and get him to draw them live.
