China will issue (发行) another 1 trillion (万亿) yuan in government bonds (国债) this year. In short, the government wants to borrow (借) money from its people. It puts out bonds so people can buy them. The money is used for government spending. This time, the bonds will be used to solve problems. Natural disasters (灾害) hit many places in China this year, the government will use the bonds to rebuild these places and help the country better deal with disasters. Half of the bonds will be used this year, reported Xinhua.
