Recently in Chongqing, students did the xiushan huadeng (秀山花灯) dance at the Experimental Middle School in Xiushan Tujia and Miao autonomous county. They did it during their break (课间) on the school playground. Xiushan huadeng is a national-level intangible cultural heritage (国家级非物质文化遗产). Singing and dancing skills are two parts of this art form.
