Times Higher Education, in partnership with HR consultancy firm Emerging, has unveiled the results of the 2023-24 Global University Graduate Employability Rankings, shedding light on the evolving preferences of enterprises when hiring recent graduates. These rankings are based on six key indicators: Specialization, Graduate Skills, Focus on Work Expertise, Academic Performance, Social Impact & Leadership, and Internationality.
