The Ministry of Education in the United Arab Emirates(UAE) initiated the National Leadership Academy program, targeting Emirati professionals across different universities. Thirty-three selected individuals will undergo a six-month program aimed at showcasing their leadership in advancing the higher education sector. Aligned with the ministry’s strategic plan, the program seeks to provide a platform for these leaders to demonstrate their ability to guide the higher education sector and usher it into new frontiers.
