Nowhere left to go: On Jan 26, the United Nations Human Rights Office warned that the extensive damage to infrastructure (基础设施) in the Gaza Strip had made the place “completely uninhabitable (不宜居住的)”. The damage was caused by the Israeli military’s attacks, together with the cold and stormy winter weather in the area.
