On Aug 27, the Guilin Karst in Guangxi was included on the list of “The Second 100 IUGS Geological Heritage Sites” by the International Union of Geological Sciences, reported China Daily. As one of the largest karst formations (喀斯特地貌) in the world, the site is a masterpiece (杰作) that nature has been "working on" for 70 million years.
