Building better: On Sept 27, tourists walked on the streets of Bali, Indonesia. Earlier, on Sept 9, Indonesia made a new plan (计划) to stop people from building any new hotels or clubs in some parts of Bali. This is because there are already too many buildings and overdevelopment is bad for the land. The plan will help protect Bali’s natural environment (环境).  Indonesia hopes to start the plan in October. It may last up to 10 years.
