Her fans believed that the song’s name may refer to lupus (红斑狼疮), a type of disease (疾病), because lupus is also the Latin word for “wolf”. Gomez has been fighting the disease for years. It hurts patients’ organs (器官), such as the kidneys (肾) and lungs (肺). Patients also get red rashes (疹子) on their skin.
