US President Donald Trump paid a state visit to China from May 13 to 15. More than a dozen executives (企业高管) from various industries such as technology, finance and agriculture came with him. Notable figures included Tesla’s Elon Musk and Apple’s Tim Cook. The leaders of China and the US had an in-depth exchange of views on major issues concerning China-US relations and world peace and development. This was Trump’s first visit to China during his second term and the first visit by a US president to China in nine years.
