　　现在，绝大部分国内客机在飞机起飞及落地前使用英语广播词。英文广播能更好地帮助外国友人正确理解机舱内乘客应遵守的规则，降低人为造成的不安全隐患。但是，目前飞机上的英语广播语言存在很多不规范的地方。笔者现以某航班上使用的飞机起飞前的英语广播词为例进行点评，仅供参考。

　　英文原文（节选）:

　　Welcome.

　　Ladies and Gentlemen，

　　Good morning (afternon, evening)！

　　Welcome aboard XX Airlines flight XX__to__(via__)The distance between__and__is__kilometers. Our flight will take__hours and__minutes.We will be flying at an altitude of__meters and the average speed is__kilometers per hour.

　　In order to ensure the normal operation of aircraft navigation and communication systems,mobile phones,toys and other electronic devices throughout the flight and the laptop computers are not allowed to use during take-off and landing.

　　We will take off imme- diately, Please be seated, fasten your seat belt, and make sure your seat back is straight up, your tray table is closed and your carry-on items...

　　The (chief) purser__with all your crew members will be sincerely at your service.We hope you enjoy the flight! Thank you!

　　修改意见:

　　1．welcome一词有点唐突。正式广播中这个词通常不会照读出来，建议不使用。何况下文的内容只是本次航班的简单介绍，也不像是“欢迎词”。

　　2．中文的词序一般由大到小，所以说“XX航空公司的XX航班”，但英语正好相反，最好说：“This is flight XX（via XX to XX）of XX Airlines.”

　　3．大多数英美人士习惯于英制度量衡单位，用kilometer（公里）介绍飞行距离和用meter (米)介绍飞行高度后，不妨分别加上以mile（英里）和feet（英尺）单位的内容。

　　4．throughout the flight修饰的内容不清楚，建议改为: Please don’t use mobile phones, remote-controlled toys, or other electronic devices throughout the flight.

　　5．the laptop computers are...应改用更符合英语表达习惯的句型: It is not allowed to use laptop computers during take-off and landing.

　　6．Immediately的意思是“在某事之后立即”，一般强调两件事之间时间很短，用在这里不妥，应改为：The/Our plane is about to take off soon..

　　7．The (chief) purser...存在几处问题。首先purser一词本身含有“事务长”的意思，无须再用chief修饰；其次with all your crew members 逻辑有问题，因为purser也是crew member，而your一词用得有点怪。其实使用the crew（全体乘务组）就可以了（严格地说，crew包括驾驶员等，机舱服务组可称为cabin crew）；第三，at your service本身语气很重，sincere一词属于冗词，应该省去。
